JOSAET maintains electronic copies of all published articles on its journal website and performs regular system backups to protect against data loss resulting from technical failures or unforeseen events.
Published articles are assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) through Crossref, ensuring persistent identification and reliable citation of scholarly content.
To enhance long-term accessibility, published articles are also indexed in recognized scholarly databases and search platforms, including Google Scholar, Dimensions, GARUDA, ResearchGate, Index Copernicus, and other relevant indexing services.
Website Maintenance and Data Security
<p>The Publisher is committed to maintaining the journal website and implementing appropriate technical measures to safeguard published content. Regular backups and server maintenance are conducted to minimize the risk of data loss and ensure continuous access to journal publications.
In the event of website migration, server replacement, or platform upgrades, every effort will be made to preserve all published content, metadata, and DOI link.
Permanent Availability
JOSAET is committed to maintaining permanent online access to all published articles. If publication of the journal is discontinued in the future, reasonable efforts will be made to preserve and maintain access to the published scholarly record through appropriate archival mechanisms.
